I employ a custom five-step process to work with potential clients to make certain we are a good fit.
Something important potential clients should know in advance is that we are not a budget agency, we are full-service luxury travel agency experienced in creating bespoke travel itineraries as unique as you.
1. It all begins with a consultation
The initial call is a key step in crafting your journey. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your preferences, expectations, and any important travel considerations.
You’ll share your goals while we review dates, details, and next steps so you know exactly what to expect. Please come prepared with approximate travel dates, destination, number of travelers, and a minimum luxury budget. The call lasts about 45 minutes.
2. Finalize Agreements
After we align on expectations and finalize the retainer and consulting contract, you’ll receive traveler profiles, credit card authorization, and travel insurance forms to complete so I have all your preferences.
I will begin researching and designing your itinerary with tailored options for flights, accommodations, cruise, and key reservations. You may need to approve certain purchases.
3. Finalize Plans
During booking, expect timely communication to review and approve supplier terms, policies, and insurance recommendations.
Once deposits are made, I’ll finalize details—tours, dining, spa, and more—and deliver a custom itinerary accessible anytime on desktop or mobile.
4. Get Ready to Travel
A few weeks before departure, I’ll finalize details, review your itinerary on a consultation call, and send documents while reconfirming all reservations.
You’ll have ongoing support for delays or disruptions, with urgent assistance available during business hours and after-hours help as needed.
5. Welcome Home!
Once you are unpacked and settled at home, I will follow up with you to find out about your journey, usually with a phone call. I love to see happy travelers, so feel free to share photos and comments with me.

I am not looking for the “one-and-done” budget traveler.
